The separation of powers is not enough to guarantee democracy : it also requires branches of government willing to compete each other. It’s a dynamic system. When one of them (or two, if I include the Supreme doormat) abdicates its role, all by itself without any pressure, the entire system collapses.

Donnie Boy has realized—he has polling firms for that—that gerrymandering won’t be enough to secure a Republican victory. He absolutely needs to purge the electorate of anyone who votes « wrong »—that means against him. And what better way to do that than to seize control of voter rolls at the federal level and demand that people prove their eligibility before entering the polling station?

This last act is a sign : he’s clearly preparing himself to abolish democracy in our country. November 3rd : don’t forget to stock up on groceries—serious supplies including water, rice, sugar, toilet pape, a.s.o —enough for at least… a three-months siege. Things are simmering in the great electoral melting pot, and it’s going to get poisonous.

What a dive : on 21st of July the president’s net approval rating is -23, down 0.4 points since last week. 36% approve, 60% disapprove, 4% not sure.

The 14th Amendment is crystal clear and leaves no room for interpretation. Donnie is therefore wrong to want to restrict birthright citizenship. Phew, the judges rejected his executive order by a 6 – 3 vote (three yes-yes-men among yes-men).

But will Donnie boy and his rotten administration accept this decision? Or will they continue to deny it and deport plaintiffs?

The Court has then stripped regulatory agencies of their independence from Trump’s whims and corrupt practices. Even for an agency created by Congress with a specific mandate and responsibilities, Trump is now free to direct that agency to do something completely different, to fire any civil servant who doesn’t do whatever he wants, or to completely gut it so that it is unable to serve its function.

Bye bye the independence of regulation of critical areas such as antitrust policy, environmental policy, food and drug standards, and air safety. Hello the evisceration of the Federal Trade Commission — which is supposed to limit big companies monopoly power on markets, on prices, on quality — and the National Labor Relations Board, which is supposed to protect workers’ rights against big companies and others. Donald Trumpoleon, the wannabe dictator, is fully aware of how much the Supreme doormat has undermined democracy in his favor.

Only one exception (but why ? the doormat is sometimes incoherent as its master and commander…) is the Federal Reserve System, the governement’s bank. Why, then ? Probably because the Court feared the market reaction if it allowed Trump to take immediate control. Dictator but still realistic.

This Court decision is about empowering Trump personnally, not the presidency or his administration in general. Every dismissal and removal from office he has carried out — or attempted to carry out — since his inauguration was motivated by nothing else than personal retaliation, prejudices (Cook is a Black woman: coincidence ?) or personal greed.

This administration – specially the army with Pete Hegseth at its head – was corrupted. It’s now a little bit more an administration of henchmen and lackeys who will do whatever Dear Leader wants. And what he wants depends, above all, on who is most willing and able to enrich him, his family, and his cronies (in this order of priority). He is a skunk.

Not only is the Supreme Court a doormat, but it’s a massive piece of shit that knows how to drag out litigation. I don’t even want to know the arguments that allow the Supreme Doormat to side with the bigwigs. It makes me sick.

For the plaintiffs in this case, the good news is that they didn’t see their poisoner win — because they had long since died of cancer or leukemia. So, in return, may the cancer of immanent justice wipe out all of these Trump’s judges !

A few days before America turns its 250 years of independence on July 4th. The Old Lady Liberty has 250 years in spite of Mr NotMyPresident’s turpitudes*. And I hope civil rights will be restore after his eviction. As sure as two plus two makes… five.

I can’t wish an happy birthday to Mr NotMyPresident, but the shortest possible political life. If his term ended now, I wouldn’t mourn him. And it can end at any moment, he knows it.

Every day since he was re-elected by the morons of this country – the inhabitants of the square states in the middle of the country map – I pray to God that the Republicans loose the midterms. To stop ICE and its Gestapo methods, tariffs and the commercial decline they lead to, inflation on tomatoes, pedophiles protection like on Ghislaine Maxwell who know much more than she has say, warS in Gaza, Iran, Yemen, Irak, Syria, Somalia, Nigeria and Venezuela, disregard of the poors including American low incomes (« I love nflation » says he), disloyalty to his country by getting it on with Vladimir Vladimirovitch against my heroe, Volodymir Zelensky, to end greed and hate in general,  all this foolishness.

Mr NotMyPresident could commit suicide – because ultimately, since the beginning of his term, nothing has gone as planned, and that’s very VERY depressing.. Or die of a heart attack. Or in a helicopter crash. But he could also retire right now, head held high (or almost… just joking!). Because in any case, the midterm elections are really going to cut his balls off, to make him a lame duck. He has caused enough misery in this world… And enough damage in American power. The International Criminal Court is ready to indict him, just like Netanyahu.
