Diesel consumption is price-inelastic : you need it, you buy it. There are no substitutes for diesel in agricultural activities and long-distance freight transport. The U.S. road transport sector consumes 120 million gallons of diesel daily. Between late February and August, the price increase has already added approximately $34.8 billion to carriers’ costs.

And these additional costs are passed on throughout the supply chain. And the tomatoes I eat, for instance. What this administration of shitty business is doing ? Instead of searching apeasement with Iran, they are still bombing. And Ormuz is closed. Obviously, this governement has no exit strategy.

Donald Trump want to discuss with Iran about its nuclear industry and gain an agreement on it, to forbidden it. A better agreement than the one Barack Obama secured in 2015, in which even China and Russia were parties, wich just controlled it. This Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action was something Donald Trump was quick to denounce by reinstating sanctions against Iran in 2018. A gift at that time for his new ally/buddy Netanyahu.

But, he won’t never be able to find such common ground with Iran, and neither will Rubio. He had just bombed them. In the next months, Iran will play games with Donald; and Donald will be forced to show a bella figura, as the Italians say. By keeping to pretend that Great America has finally won, at least until the midterms.

Believe what you see in the real world, simply. Since DJ Trump launched his private war on Iran, the price of gasoline has nearly rise of 50 per cent.

If he got the pharmaceuticals companies of  cuting their prices by two would be a reduction of 50%, by the two third a reduction of 66%, and if he magically got them to reduce their prices of all of their drugs to $0 (zero dollar !) that would be a 100% cut. Meaning ALL DRUGS would be FREE !

A weird idea came to me: can we imagine a pharmaceutical company giving money to the customer in addition to the product it « sells » them?In this case, once the equivalent of the initial price of the product has been added/given, it would be a 200% drop of the initial price; twice the value, 300%; three times the value, 400%; and so on.

On the other hand, he can easily achieve/negociate (sic) an increase of 200% (doubling), 300% (tripling), or 1000% (multiplying by 10) of the price. We alredy noticed that Donald didn’t understand economics. We know now why: he doesn’t know nothing in mathematics and what a percentage means. It’s an ass-pain to be president of the world’s leading economic power and not knowing how to calculate a percentage.
