It’s completely normal, Donnie Boy ! When you ask your cronies to work for you on no-bid contracts, they do deliver something. But something bare-bones and minimalist. They are only interested by your money, not your ambition. It was just the same with the reflecting pool. That’s why free-market economists invented competition.
