Juicy : Kirill Dmitriev is the head of the Russian sovereign wealth fund and the mastermind behind the Kremlin’s financial deals. His mission is to convince the Trump administration that Russia is a land of plenty, with which massive and lucrative bilateral economic agreements could be concluded.

Russia is currently a country on the brink of financial, economic, and social collapse. Concluding peace by immediately lifting economic sanctions would be to give Russia the opportunity to recover. It also prevents us, in second hand, from having an effective means of exerting pressure on Moscow (huh, Mr. Krasnov…) to control peace process. And in the third hand, give Putin-the-madman, the opportunity to start a new war within the next five years.
