Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina said that “gas prices continue to come down” while House Majority Leader Steve Scalise declared that gas is much cheaper than it was “two years ago,” when, he claimed, it was $6 a gallon. The average price then was actually $3.66. And Pete Hegseth, the Defense secretary, told Congress that gas prices in California were $8 a gallon on the eve of the Iran war; the average was actually $4.64.
We have no direct experience with crime rate in certain populations or neighborhoods (we don’t even know how this rate is calculated, who manipulates it, or who then uses it on tv debate show), BUT we do have our own experience and our own eyes to know that the price of a gallon of gasoline goes UP and UP and UP, since the beginning of this f***g war with Iran.
Some professional lyers are trying to deny the true reality. These people never push a shopping cart down the shelves of Walmart. They never stop to fill up their own cars at the pump. They are living swaddled in an ideological bubble. For them, the prices we—you and I—pay every day are just numbers in a file. They have household staff to do the shopping and cooking, they take their limo with driver or their private jets like you take the subway.
And now these morons are making big efforts to create alternative facts. They would like to draw us into their bubble of lies. But they won’t be able to sustain any « alternative truth » about the price per gallon ! Because you just have to open your eyes, guys, to see the price of oil per gallon rising up. Believe what you see in the real world, simply. Since DJ Trump launched his private war on Iran, the price of gasoline has nearly rise of 50 per cent.
No need to be the little boy of the emperor’s new clothes tale to know the times they’re a-changin’.
