Donald Trump’s blinkered and won’t search compromise. No one is expecting any openness from the president. Only more threats to not pay the salaries of the laid-off civil servants. As if these poor guys have anything to do with what is happening to them.
Cuts in health spendings are simply unacceptable. At a time when private insurance companies are planning to increase their contracts (without changing their benefits in return), cutting health spendings means to depriving Americans of access to care and medicines. Simultaneously, tariffs on imported medicines have been raised to 100% by Trump’s administration.
How can we not be disgusted by so much cynicism ? Gentlemen elected Democrats, please, continue to resist firmly all this Republicans’ bullshit !
