On September, 11th, the Standard&Poors 500 rose 0.7%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 546 points, or 1.2%. And the Nasdaq composite was 0.6% higher. Treasury yields eased in the bond market. Magnificent !
But I wonder how the FED will be able to low down its rate, if the price indicator (3.9%) is still so high (2% is the targeted CPI) ? So I don’t think the Federal Reserve will announce a cut in its key interest rate, since the price condition isn’t met.
Be careful : the higher you go, the harder you fall ! Special warning for the AI industry.
