Donald Trump and his policies has been disapproved : Zohran Mamdani has been elected mayor of New York, Trump’s root city. In Virginia, voters flipped control of the governor’s mansion and elected Democrat Abigail Spanberger to lead the state. In New Jersey, voters chose to keep Democrats in power and elected Congresswoman Mikie Sherill. The proposal 50 has passed by California’s electorate.
It’s a one-hundred percent hit rate for Democrats !
Some intermediate elections are like weather stations. And the ones that just took place are among them. They provide the pressure (barometer), the wind speed/change (anemometer), and the amount of rain/shit and storm to expect (rain gauge).
Barometer : Who is responsible for the longest shutdown in history? It’s obvious to me: Donald Trump and his lack of flexibility. But for the electorate? Specifically in New Jersey and Virginia? It’s now obvious that it’s Donald Trump, too ! The pressure on Donald Trump will increase.
Anemometer : The wind is shifting, especially among Hispanic voters. Gerrymandering in Texas and other states won’t be enough to save a majority.
Rain gauge : How much rain/shit do we expect ? The flooding of Trump’s shit will continue. Because Donald is a vilain and an avenger. He will continue to break the economy, make inflation, deport people, ignore the law. Untill the Republicans will be drowned under their own shit and swept away with it.
