There is no longer any kind of separation of powers in the United States. Executive orders of the President were already an anomaly, a temporary infringment of the executive branch on the legislative branch. The temporary becomes permanent with this last decision of the Supreme Doormat : the United States is sliding little by little toward tyranny.
